Blarin' the Mary Wells tunes in my Red 63 SS Impala with White Top, buffed white walls, lifted and venician blinds in back. Anybody remember the GREAT car shows back in the day in the early 80's that Thee Individuals used to throw in Fresno aka FresNal. Those were the days! Me and my homeboy Joel...

Yes indeed Smokey was the MAN. It was a pleasure to work around him and know him at DEC starting in 1985 at Stanford-Square in Palo Alto, Ca. Fond memories of going to the Dutch Goose and GB with Smokey and many others. RIP Smokey, you will be missed!

Fondly waited in front of the tv as a kid in the 60's for the next episode to come on. By far my favorite show EVER! Land of the Giants was 2nd. I still watch episodes, as I own the DVD sets to LIS. All characters were great, but without Dr. Smith, the show would not have made it. The movie they ...

In the early 80's we bumped Kraftwerk alot. I still own 4 albums. Trans Europe Express is my all time favorite. This music was in the height of robot, strutting, popping and locking dance. We played Trans Europe Express at 45 rpm, instead of 33. Great music! At South San Francisco High School we ...

This classic rap of the 90's can't be touched by music of today. I now reside in Colorado, but was cold-kickin' it in Mountain View, California when this hit came out. Was kickin' Biz Markie, EPMD, Rated-X, and so much more. Nothing could stop me and my Red 63 SS Impala Lo Lo!
@Sakja You hit it perfect. You are absolutely correct in that families were closer then. I can remember when my great Aunt was still living in the 60's all through until she died in the mid 70's. We spent more time with family than anyone else. Holidays, weekends, late night weekends, weekdays....
