What a mess...just like me!
About Me:

I'm happily married, have an almost teenage son, I've loved music since I was a wee young'un. I used to look at bands like Mott The Hoople or whoever and I remember them as young, now I'm 51 and my legs are shot and the rock & rollers I loved to listen to are gray or dead or ready for Medicare, I think : Where did the time go? Ringo Starr is 71. Keith Morris of the Circle Jerks is 55 ; Chuck Berry was 45 when I first saw him in 1972, now he's 84--jeezes! I grew up between hippiedom and punk rock. I drink too much Pepsi (not diet--yecch!) Don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, don't drug, don't drive, I'm not looking forward to the future when sex gets put on the back burner. Don't be shocked if I take up golf next year. I wish I had more subscibers to my channel, but I guess you can't win 'em all...

Happy Independence Day James! Hope you're doing well. My local city is having something called The Stars and Stripes Festival downtown with craft tents, food kiosks, and of course music galore. Saw Tonic and Rick Springfiend (don't laugh, he put on a helluva show..lol) last night. Fantastic fireworks show there Friday night. Couple weeks ago rented True Grit (remake) and The American (with George Clooney) from one of those Red Box automated machines at the local market. Liked both -- understated and restrained, which made their stories even more powerful. Saw the new Transformers Saturday and don't know what possessed me to waste five bucks, but what the hey.

Now I'm O.K. with my family.
