Radiators and intercoolers are designed to cool their respective contents at a standstill; at speed, the pressure zones around the front bumper keep the 75 mph air from actually doing 75 through your engine bay. Depending on aerodynamic design and pressure differential...

I have the same body kit as #49 on my mk3, but with a shaved Kaminari front bumper. That original bumper is $3k or more...there's less than 30 of those bumpers still in existence.

Mine is also blue, which makes it way cooler.

@streetracer258 I came off kinda flame-ish, sorry. Gotta give it to you for doing something different, at least...I'll agree to disagree that this is the right/wrong application for a carb setup. An injection system just seems more fitting and flexible for a motor meant for a turbo in my eyes.

Emissions is easy. Yes, even CA smog...just keep the emissions equipment. With a competent tune, you're burning most of the pollutants to make more power anyways...in most cases, a properly tuned turbo car will actually ring lower on emissions testing than stock.

I'm just hoping it never happens to either of my current Ball Pythons or any of my future pythons...seen a couple with really bad genetic wobble, but IBD is way worse.
