Would it be possible install these on commercial airliners that depressurize passengers by 200 mmHg (760 mmHg at sea level, to 560 mmHg)? Then you could maintain sea level air pressure on long haul fights. Say goodbye to jet lag, oedema and DVTs. Now this would really be travelling first class!
