I wanted a chance to disagree with what you say about today's music. As a 42 year old who graduated Dunwoody high school in 1987, I can tell you perhaps there are fine musicians nowadays. But what groups cause a huge stir when they come town? The new ones? I'd say it's more the Van Halens, Motley Crues, and stuff like Rush that seems to bring a lot of cars to the arena.  That's the stuff they have played on the radio for years, and that everybody knows. As a 20 year old, have you even ever heard of Judas Priest or Whitesnake?? LOL

Yes I have read the Bell Jar it's a little dark for me but this is kind of odd since I like dark reflective music ,go figure.But the more I read it the more I felt it was more of a cry for help,alas I'm no expert.As for as Ryan Adams being a fan of hers I think that may be an understatement he even has a combo poetry -short story book he published in 2008 called Infinity Blues. I recommend the song Silver Bullets to you it's more Sylvia Plath than the song Sylvia Plath I think you will love it. ADDIOS AMIGOS
