The guy started walking away talking smack puting his hand in pocket (where there could have been a weapon). People claim police brutality, when the situation usualy starts from NOT FOLLOWING SIMPLE AND RESONABLE INSTUCTIONS.

thats right, those assholes who go out spend thousands on a car, and hundreds more on taxs and insurance think they can just drive without stopping in the middle of the road for NO GOOD reson what nerve. Now with that in mind the guy who spent a whole $100 on a bike, can we say self entitled.
