@Mxsmanic because some of them are on duty and some are not........... some are spec ing..... the recruits dont ever wear a cover inside unless told to do so or they are on duty.

@uzack3 Im sorry, but this kid IS a pussy, Ive been in law enforcement for 15 yrs and been hit with pepper spray several times, by other officers while effecting an arrest.......and YES I do have asthma also....... if you are pissed off you wont even be phased by it, tis guy crying like a baby h...
