Thanks for this video, very enlightening! The MFB lacks punch to do a convincing 808 impression, but it's still a nice useful analog drumbox in its own right. At an unbeatable price.

hihats and cymbal sound close to 808. otherwise it's not very faithful to the original. the cowbell sounds particularly bad. still looks like a usable and fun unit for the price.

I still wonder why Ain Soph gave up their unique atmospheric sound on the rituals albums for what is essentially very, very mediocre varieté rock music. Badly arranged, badly executed and completely underwhelming.

I played this so often I could mouth the lyrics, even though I can't speak Slovene. Saw them live in the early 90s but that was rather disappointing: they had ditched most of the synths in favor of a more convetional guitar based sound.
