@DragonGirl983 Well, I mean the odds of a shiny are like a once in a blue moon thing. The only shiny I've ever encountered was a Parasect in the Safari Zone in Pokemon Firered. And trust me, I've been playing pokemon for a LONG time.

The only reason you would want to teach Tentacool/Tentacruel Wrap is because I remember in Pokemon Stadium, there was a wrap glitch where you can just use it over and over and your opponent couldn't do a thing until it missed.
