Frank's winter has been cold. He has endured life experiences that have crippled many men and it is these experiences that have Frank anxiously awaiting the thaw that will lead to his own personal changing of the seasons. Frank White has been observing the often destitute scenes of his environment from an early age. Born in the Malvern area of Scarborough, an eastern district of Toronto that is a culturally diverse hub of lower to middle class immigrants Frank moved around a lot living in almost every major urban and low-income area of the city. The one constant was that of being surrounded by people who steadfastly held on to their culture despite the consistent need to improve their financial situation. Frank's family was no different; his father was a local promoter that incorporated music into the daily routine, treating the house as an office for his endeavors and immersing his son in the music.

It is most likely because of this upbringing that taking the music industry seriously came with ease. Quiet, Focused and Poised describe the personality of the young artist. The artistic side of Frank's is his need to balance the reserved nature of his daily character. Frank covers the spectrum of what he has witnessed, eluded and aspired to throughout his life with the confident swagger of a seasoned showman. He passionately speaks from the perspective of one who has taken the road less traveled.

Throughout his adolescence Frank has experienced the subsidy lifestyle, slanted school system, and emerging gun violence that has his sub-low vocals reviewing the complexities and nuances of urban youth lifestyles over Hip Hop production.

The ability to record the music is evidence of the progression of Franks struggle. The Inner City Visions Project and then the internationally acclaimed Remix Project in Toronto, Canada has provided a much needed support structure and professional guidance to take his craft to the next level. This environment has been the catalyst for Frank. Weekly he takes his passion and creativity to the booth and lets it all go.

The zeal, edge, appeal and need for Frank to be a recording artist is taking him in the direction that will acquire the attention of the masses that need to hear from those who observe. Event as the streets of Toronto are heating up for another hot summer, Frank himself is patiently awaiting the frost to thaw so that he may spring forward into the next stage of his life.
