Hello Mr Fennic . I got the answers to your questions . It takes about 2 yards for the suit, pluse a yard for the extras, and I use carved wood, tight graind, and paint, for claws and also teeth , but I use carved aluminum painted for my teeth To fix the claws I use, gell super glue ,be careful on not to use too mutch . On the helmet , I use a combination of contack cement in a spray can and a hot glue gun. I'ts the only stuf that works swell. I hope this was helpful to you. Mountain Blue Fox Joe.
