Downgrade 4.3.5 to 4.3.4/4.3.3

oh and i get seems to get permission into the host file your way. i gained accessed to it through the "etc" file and allowed myself to "read and write" the hosts file.
when i tried [go find folder]-->privates/etc/hosts--> "i do not have permission to read the files"

hi, i tried downgrading but when it started loading i faced "error 20" which is a software security issue. how to i resolve this???
