My name is Richard Blaine and welcome to my EZ Cooking Channel. I have been cooking since I was thirteen years old and everything I have learned about cooking has come from self education and tried and true practice. I consider myself to be a gourmet home chef and I believe anyone can become a great chef/cook with just a little bit of practice and some basic knowledge and skills. I truly believe that cooking is a way to the inner realms of a persons creativity because there is so much creativity in food, so many ways to go with a recipe. I want to share with you what has been shared with me over the years so that we can all become better cooks together.

EZ Cooking. I love to cook and experiment with food and make recipes my own. I take lots of time to develop my own recipes and versions of recipes that suit me. Some of my favorite all time chefs are Graham Kerr, Jaques Pepin, Julia Childs, Eric Rippert, Hubert Keller, and many, many more!

I love sci-fi and psychological thrillers.
Music:
Old school doo-wop and well as 50's, 60's, 70's 80's. I love the opera of Luciano Pavarotti and Maria Callas the finest soprano that has ever lived! I like the Mills Brothers and the Ink Spots! I love the old time radio recording from the 30's up the the 90's!

I like to read Nancy Collins(Sonja Blue, counter culture punk vampire stuff), James Patterson, Jeffrey Deaver and Robert Ludlum
