Anti-troll moral code(XD i made it up):
Do not hesitate to cuss against a troll.
Never troll the innocent.
If a troll has turned good(example. pumpedpalm)treat them like they were never trolls.
Aid other Anti-trolls if nescessary(joining something like ATE would be good)
Look closely into what the troll does, if he/she says that they hate trolls, they are anti-trolls, but if they SAY they are trolls, don't hold back.
Again, do not hold back against trolls.
That was my own A-T moral code.

The cyberbullying stopping programs cannot stop trolls(there's this one vid on where a kids cyberbullys kids, then says sorry, but real trolls do not show signs of remorse)so it's pretty much up to anti-trolls.
