This is not perfect ;),
bad way of getting in position,
always do it with straight legs ;),
and get your heel at the block, don't leave it like her,
you can use a lot of more power if you do that.

The only reason is that your front leg is not strong enough,
or you plant your leg too much forward.
I think your leg isn't strong enough, maybe you have to do more jumps to strengthen your legs.
