1. There is no such thing as the 'White Race'. 2. So-called 'pure races' are more vulnerable to disease - look what happened to the native Americans, wiped out by diseases they had no resistance to. Mixing genes makes the species stronger, racism is unscientific. The so-called superior nordic or ...

It's dumb to claim that the soviets were worse. The nazis were demented racists with a death wish who created nothing and left destruction in their wake. All they were good for was murder and sterile militarism, if they had their way the war would have gone on forever.

The film is basically right. The Prussian aristocracy pursued militaristic expansion to stave off social reform. Read Fritz Fisher, Griff nach der Weltmacht. Germany would have been better off using its engineering prowess and organizational genius to expand economically instead of militarily.

It's ironic that The Good Old Days was dedicated to nostalgia and now people watch it and get nostalgic! I was a teenager at the time and didn't always get the innuendo. Here's a scenario: science finds a way to stop or slow down ageing. So now, instead of living for 90 years and therefore having to spend 20 years as an old person (physically) what if you could live for 500 years with your age 'frozen' at 30 for most of that time? As technology improved, the life...

Canada is of course part of Russia, separated during the Cretaceous period by the Baring Straight. . North America is part of America, which includes Puerto Rico. South America is the southern part of the USA whose capital is New Orleans, which was founded by Joan of Arc, a little known fact.
The German guy is being ironic. They let the women bury the dead because they had better things to do. It's called self-deprecation.
