A lot of these guys prefer the weird, obscure, custom made things.

Again, about 50% of Ron Woods touring guitars, you'd have never heard of. He uses a lot of japanese, custom made, strat/tele copies

55 strats like that go for $250'000 on todays markets.

His Tony Zemaidis 1970s electric, is possibly worth double that.

And that's not just the celebratory value. Those guitars are just worth those figures, no matter the history behind them

You’re right. To beat copyright laws, the publisher has to broadcast the album in a differently to the actual album – to lower it’s quality basically, so it’s not comparable to owning the album.

They usually slow it down/speed it up, and change the tone a bit.

It’s not just the songs. As I said, I’m not a huge Led Zepplin fan. I’ve heard some of these songs individually, and not thought that much about them.

But when they’re all played together, in order, it’s an amazing experience. Like Dark Side of the Moon

It is a real 59. All the guitars on here are genuine. Borrowed from museums and collectors.

The Fender Bass VI (don't even look at it) displayed is one of 2 ever made in that colour. Worth over a million dollars.

Oasis were considered pretty "alternative" at this time though. Their sound wasn't really mainstream for a guitar band.

Got to remember, there were virtually no popular guitar bands from about 1990-1993. The nearest thing to a really popular guitar band, was probably Guns and Roses......

Anyone who was in a band in 1996-1998 will know that She’s Electric, and Married with Children are in fact the exact same song.

I’m not joking. They are essentially the same chords, in the same order. They only sound different, as She’s Electric is played much faster

To be fair, sound monitors didn't exist back then. And the Beatles probably had the loudest fans in the history of music.
