Just wanted to say thanks for the comments you left on my page. I used to do my own songs as well but felt like there are far fewer good rock/pop impressionists than there are original bands and decided to focus on what I've been told I do best. Glad you thought my Doors post had it's moments, especially since you're clearly a huge fan and expert in your own right. Peace/frog, Stew

yeah stairway to heaven was released only a few months after Jim Morrison Died plus morrison wasnt really recording with the other doors or really any other band during that time he was doing the american prayer sessions and such but he didnt really sing songs like that
