@androck24 Sí, yo sí estoy de acuerdo... los recursos son escasos y está reforma intenta maximizarlos, no es perfecta y afortunadamente le quitaron la parte de las U con ánimo de lucro. En cuanto a los créditos, por qué se quejan? ahhhh, yo si me leí la reforma
