@iApnaTrue... I practice Wing Chun and also Aikido.. So yes i know about light sparring..but i didnt know MMA training and competition were different.. I just dont like the way MMA talks down on traditional MA.. if it wasnt for traditional MA there wouldnt be MMA.... PERIOD

@FightingWarrior You should visit my Dojo one day if you dont think Aikido doesnt work. Ki Aikido doesnt work but there are other styles of Aikido that do work and are very effective.

@PhilElmoreDotCom Agreed flow drills are for learning to flow into another technique... especially the one you first apply doesnt work. You must be able to flow onto another one
