Now i'm away from home, i can't imagine how great Jesus' faithfulness is. I've been encountering enormous painstaking hardships but He has always a big surprise for me. "Great is thy faithfulness, Oh God my Father"..

i was just a little kid when this song was usually played before the crusade begun. My late father was then the speaker and everytime i heard this music it means i needed to change because the children's hour would start in a few minutes. What a wonderful memory this song has given me!

This guy needs to replenish at least 1 min rest between sets to get power..When he's tired he no longer in the proper form and correct body mechanics in lifting heavier weights and that causes serious injuries. Just take your time to replenish that energy..

If i were that guy being slapped, he can't do that the second time. I would grab one bitchy slapper guy, block his punches, go for a choke, and send him to his grave. If somebody got killed, then others would be terrified and run and scream like a bitch.

this exercise works mainly on back muscles, biceps. The others like the abs and hip flexors are only accesory muscles. Abdominals are not prime movers here.

we'll in my own opinion that would be a bully thing to fight a midget based on your definition of "midgets". I'd rather fight a person my own size. According to you, midgets are abnormal or handicapped, therefore, fighting them is like fighting a quadriplegic person.
