@210482fmj 1. flame pattern is different. D83 gives more focused, centered heat.
2. D83 is little bit more powerful (26kW vs 28kW)
3. D83 stove is 10", X73 is 7". Im using 16" wok and i think 7" stove would be too small. for 14" inch i think 7" would probably be better.
