Green 'damaged pixels' often only show up on black but the colour is similar to white to your eye.

To all who get 'Error image is not indexed' as an error.

1) Download The GNU Image Manipulation Program and install it.

2) Open your image.

3) Image > Mode > Indexed

4) Select number of colours, 16.

This will force your image to use 16 colours.

5) Save it as filename.bmp

The way this app works - from what I just saw - was to create a bookmark which obviously opens in Safari and then use Safari's ability to push the phone number into the phone app. i.e. you could do this yourself without bothering to jailbreak :)
