About Me:
I strive through this effort to find true movement, to connect with my innermost self. And also to connect with other humans and non-human conscious beings...and the forces of the world around me (interpret that as you will).
Asides from that my interests include hiking and backpacking. And pretty much anything to do with the outdoors and Nature.
I have strong political opinions, especially when it comes to things like war and social (in)justice. I do strive to be tolerant of other beliefs and to be willing to engage in open honest discussion. We can usually agree to respectfully disagree, if we don't agree that is.
For some time i have had a playlist here entitled "Collateral Murder". In it there were horrible images of human beings being killed. These were very shocking. I decided to remove these not wanting to cause any undue trauma. But these traumas occur everyday in this world we live in. I had these videos here in hope that some would realize the futility of war, especially my fellow Americans. Our country has been at war now since 2001, with no real end in sight. I don't want these deeds done in my name, with bullets my taxes paid for.
