@RawHealingPatch - thanks for getting back. Since adding the NOW brand MSM at the rate of 500 mg per day, my energy has risen a fair amount, sleep is better and pain in joints and muscles has decreased nicely. It is the only thing I've added to my diet lately so I know it's the MSM doing this....
