@slimes23 No - the swing is always measured by adding one party's % gain & the other's % loss, and then dividing it by 2. In this case Labour down 6% and Tories up 1% equals 7%. Divide it by 2, round it down, and you have a 3% swing. Not quite sure how you've come up with 0.47%....?!
