I had an appendix burst...in the beginning it felt like something I ate didn't agree with me. I kinda felt a little queezy. I finally went in 6-7 days later and they removed it. My appendix was in my pelvis of all places. I almost went septic and stayed in the hospital for about 8 days afterw...
