Movement Brigade was formed as a dance theater organization in June 2009 in the city of Philadelphia. Spearheaded by Alie Vidich, the organization was formed with a goal to create highly evocative performance works. Vidich created the organization alone, with the intent to allow an open door for other directors and collaborators to join into the movement of this brigade.
