The song is reference to nukes that Zionists plan to strike Los Angeles with. Richie Valens was killed with singer Buddy Holly whose name refers to Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. Beverly Hills residents and workers are in danger if Communists nuke U.S. Bank in the center of Los Angeles.
