I'm so tired arguing with bigots who see the Jewish people as only an abstraction of evil in their anti-semitic books. No, we don't all have hooked noses, and we don't all yearn for money. And no, we have no plans to control the world. Neither are we full of hate, as the anti-semites want to believe.
But really, why take my word for it? Instead, I put together a sampling of videos (in the favorites section) to perhaps give the anti-semites a taste of the Jewish soul, to hear our beautiful melodies, and catch a flicker of what it means to us when we describe our yidn as "heymische" (home-like). What you'll see in these videos - through the medium of our music - is a taste of the Jewish soul. What else you'll see in these videos is a remnant of what has been lost forever. For those who hate us, who cannot shake off the unending repetition of lies and slanders against our people - I invite you in and ask that you open your hearts...and look...and hear. We are normal people, just like you.
