@lawetc1 You shouldnt say there's NO WAY to do it. It all depends where you're starting. If you're 100 lbs overweight, then you're probably right. But if you only have like 10 lbs to lose and have the will power to eat right and exercise hardcore everyday for a month, then it's totally doable.
