Cock-sucking Eurogamer: The best I can really do is to pick one path and see where it goes, so as soon as I exit the character creator...My left hand's effectively a flamethrower and I drench them in magic, finishing them with the axe if they get too close. Switching magic out for a shield for a bit of variety, I block a couple of blows...
CAIUS COSADES JR: Sounds like a load of shit to me. TES V did away with initial builds altogether, meaning PC should suck by default since his every skill is on baseline 'clueless fuck' level.


Idiot: try turning off the compass and quest markers. Seriously, it's pretty damn fun as an exploration game if you shut off the tard compass completely.
CAIUS COSADES JR: Except without it you can find next to nothing because nobody in this game gives you even simple directions. I spent maybe 15-20 minutes looking for Eorlund thinking at first that they mean the blacksmith by the entrance to the city because nobody told me Companions have their own in the backyard which can't just be seen (also had to look for him through the whole guildhouse). It's fucking retarded, in the end I just opened the map where quest compass can't be turned off. What's worse is that characters tend to move along scripted path between two possible locations and you can only guess where they are if not at their own house unless you already know that path.

At best they will mark shit on your map which defeats the whole purpose of exploration.
