My plans changed again! I've decided that I want to be a Humanitarian Aid worker.

Ahh! I know this has nothing to do ABOUT me, but on may 1st I had the amazing opportunity to participate in TYC (Temple Youth Celebration)
We practiced 60 days for this Cultural Celebration Show, and the final 3 days of all of us together doing intense rehersals, workshops and activities! And finally, on saturday night preform various dances, for our beloved Prophet Thomas S. Monson, Pres. Dieter F Uchtdorf, Sis. Anne Dib, and various members of the Seventy!
Just before the show, Pres. Monson spoke to us youth. Words cannot describe how we felt, The Prophet, the Leader of our Church, almost 14 million in number, decided to be with us 1000 youth that night. And talk to just US! I will never forget. He said some amazing words, felt like some of us were getting our patriarchal blessing! It was so special.

So, then the show began. My first part -the biggest, was preformed right infront of the Prophet, Pres. Uchtdorf and Sis. Anne Dib! (Pres. Monson's daughter, and 2nd counseller in YW general presidency!) Front row too. It was astounding. I sang and danced with my heart and soul! I will skip to the Finale, since this is getting long, we walked out into the darkended arena, the girls in white blouses, and the boys in white shirts and dress pants. We formed large rings by holding hands, and from the middle of the rings arose the Temple , while we were singing a specially composed song called 'We are the Youth of the Latter day'. As each ring walked on, the arena lite up a little more, until all 5 rings were formed, and the bright lights lite up the arena where we were preforming, strongest on the temple. Im sure the Prophet's eyes were teary, everyone elses were, it was the, or one of, the strongest times I felt the Spirit. I knew there were angels there, singing with us at that moment, because I could feel them, and our voices were so beautiful. And then the song came to an end, and we looked up at the crowd, and they stood up! and clapped for a good 7 minutes, and we clapped, and the Prophet looked out at us, stood for a time just looking at us, and then he clapped, and he started saluting us. And then, by no plan and it started slowly, we started to sing 'We thank thee oh God for a Prophet'. What a moment. I know the show was special to the Prophet, and his daughter, and Bro. Uchtdorf. And I know Pres. Monson loves us. He said so himself. Im so glad that the Lord wanted him and his company to be there with us. My testimony was strengthened soo much.
