3) 2004 Summer Special Musical Shin Kaguya Shima Densetsu
Rating: 7/10
Reasons Why: Cast was not good. All the old songs were destroyed and the new ones just can't make up for that. Acting was weak and vocals were less than acceptable.
4) 2001 Spring Special Musical Last Dracul Saishou Shou Chou Wakusei Death Vulcan no Fuuin
Rating: 9/10
Reasons Why: A few flaws in the cast but over all worked great together. The flaws in the cast had almost no lines so I was not stuck with complaining about them enough for this musical to be bad in my eyes and Miyuki was a brilliant beyond brilliant Usagi, Sailor Moon and Serenity. Great vocals and acting and it's the farewell musical of my beloved Mochizuki Yuuta who seduced me as both King Endymion and Count Dracul and Miyuki who was far too good to be replaced by someone as inferior as Marina.
5) 1996 Spring Special Musical Yume Senshi Ai Eien Ni Kaiteiban
Rating: 10/10
Reasons Why: Entertaining, excellent work by the cast. Some of the most touching scenes a sailor moon musical will ever get.
6) 1998 Summer Special Musical Shin Densetsu Kourin
Rating: 8/10
Reasons Why: The inners could have done much better in the acting department. The Tuxedo Kamen was not much of an actor or singer.
7) 2004 Winter Special Musical Kakyuu Ouhi Kourin The Second Stage Final
Rating: 7/10
Reasons Why: As usual Marina is doing a horrible job as anything that has to do with her role. While this is Nakazawa Seiko(Hosaka Yuuko)'s last musical she gets a small amount of attention. Nishina Yuri was a much better Queen Beryl and Takemi a much better Galaxia. Yet again a Marina musical features a bad Saturn. The Chibiusa from Shin Kaguya Shima Densetsu is in this and damn can I say she is just like Marina...she's a freaking wannabe Chibiusa/Chibimoon while Marina is a wannabe Usagi/Moon/Serenity. Mars, Venus, Mercury not as good as others. Jupiter Mai tries but is dragged down by the rest of the inners. More horrid choreography, the worst performance (and the 2nd) of Koi no Senshi ja Irarenai and probably the one I'll find to be the worst entirely. Almost all of the songs are cut in half and when Marina performed The Last Change she sounded bad AND had it cut in half.
8) 2000 Winter Special Musical Shin Henshin Super Senshi e no Michi Last Dracul Jokyoku
Rating: 9/10
Reasons Why: Overall the cast is awesome I am glad Watanabe Teruyo has very few lines and limited attention. If Nakazawa Seiko(Hosaka Yuuko) had not left this musical would've had perfect outers like Fumina's last one. But this is Mita Mao's graduation musical and while Tomioka Mario is good she's not good enough. It's also the graduation musical of Gunji Ayano a great Chibiusa who shined with both her moons. I loved Tabidachi and An Evil Dream but overall I loved the way every song was performed in this musical. It's just like Miyuki's last musical someone is missing. In this one it's Pluto in her last one it was a few of them. This musical is high rank though because the flaws in the cast don't kill the musical itself.
9) 1997 Winter Special Musical Sailor Stars Kaiteiban
Rating: 9/10
Reasons Why: I did not enjoy Kawasaki Mao's Chibiusa at all. She rocked as Black Lady but as Chibiusa I just thought she wasn't that good. I think this and the outers from Yume Senshi Ai Eien Ni Kaiteiban tied in greatness. The Starlights are awesome. Ono Hikari is such a grand performer. The plot unfolds telling a beautiful story but it is quite predictable if you've read the manga and seen the anime. The predictability is what made me rate it a 9/10.
10) 1998 Winter Special Musical Eien Densetsu Kaiteiban The Final First Stage
Rating: 10/10
Reasons Why: Excellent performance by the cast which overall worked very well together. Anza and Ayako like Miyuki and Hisano moved me to tears during Tabidachi and the way Galaxia interupted Mercury during Sorezore no Elegy was truly good showcasing of Galaxia's attitude. I can see why I gave Shin Densetsu Kourin an 8/10 this one was far better in the acting department but this is the finale of 5 years and with an 8/10 I think Shin Densetsu Kourin fairs better than Kakyuu Ouhi Kourin against musicals that follow this one's plot.
11) 1999 Spring Special Musical Kaguya Shima Densetsu
Rating: 10/10
Reasons Why: There was limited change from the kaiteiban. I can do without the Serenity scenes, everyone is still just as awesome. I really enjoyed the Solar Miracle Make-Up and this musical's performance of LINK. Even without Yuuka playing Neptune Shimada Sara did a good enough job to keep this musical at a 10/10 rating.
12) 2001 Winter Special Musical Transylvania no Mori Kaiteiban
Rating: 9/10
Reasons: Dislike of the quartet aside from Ajima Niki and the musical unfolds to tell a chapter of a very touching story.
