Whats up everyone? My name is Milton Kotopoulos, im 15 years old and i am a natural teen bodybuilder/powerlifter. I have been weight training since January 2010. I will be putting up vids of my lifts and i will be talking about my training, nutrition and what works for me. I did my first powerlifing competition on Feb. 19th and i broke 3 federation world records and i am looking to do my first bodybuilding show whenever i am ready i still be a teen for right now im gonna keep killing it with powerlifting!
