Cellulite cure cellulite cure Quick question: If everything you read on 'how to get rid of cellulite' is 'foolproof' and 'success if guaranteed' then how come you still haven't found a solution to your problem?
You've tried eating less fatty foods, exercising more and even wearing underwear which doesn't cut off circulation to your buttocks but still you haven't found your 'solution', right?
And you can't help yourself but ask why, well the answers are actually pretty simple as well, it's because cellulite is no different then fat except in the way that it 'clumps' underneath the skin, and that's why eating, exercising and wearing underwear which doesn't constrict blood flow are all great ways of 'avoiding' cellulite but they aren't effective for getting rid of it, or at least not on their own.
And all though it's overwhelming trying to find a 'solution' that's no reason to give up especially considering that you're moments away from discovering two cellulite solutions which you can instantly implement into your life to start getting rid of cellulite deposits around your body.
Both these techniques should be used in conjunction not only together but with the strategies listed above as well (proper foods, exercise, attire) but without going through both these methods you're seriously limiting your bodies ability to fight off the cellulite which has formed.
The first method is deep massaging. I'm sure you've heard this one before and it's no surprise, well give your cellulite deposits a deep massage 2-4 times per day every day. You have to understand that cellulite is more densely packed then regular fat (which is what gives it that cottage cheese look) and deep massaging is a great way of getting the deposits to seperate and move around. This alone isn't even close to enough to get it out of your system though!
The second step is to drink 8-10 cups of water everyday to help your body flush out the 'toxins' which are being stored under your skin (which is one of the first places water cycles through when being used by your body!).
Adding these two simple yet effective steps to your daily routine will have dramatic effects over time in not only reducing but actually eliminating and getting rid of your cellulite for good.
Don't think this is the end all and be all in eliminating cellulite, this is simply a starting point from you to begin your journey of physical transformation.
