Whenever I listen to Steely Dan, my wife has to open her big mouth and tell me how much she hates them. This has been going on for over 20 years now. The fun part is that I love them and listen a lot...and get to annoy her and her lousy musical taste a lot.

Underrated song ...on an underrated album. This was a very good time for Townsend as far as songwriting goes, both with the Who and solo. It was not appreciated because it was not 'classic Who' stuff.
