Update 7/28/2011 I went to the barber shop to get a "shape up" The barber cut off alot of my hair. I was coming up on my 11th month. Oh well its just hair : ) Promise to post a video soon. Ps. I can do wash n go's again : ) Dec 7/2011 2nd big cho[ update... Its been 5 months of beautiful growth for me. Seems like its easier the second time around. Im no longer a vitamin or product junkie. My hair grew without all the bells and whistles. Happy Holidays!

I just went back and again watched that fantastic video of Nina Simone's outdoor concert where she sang Ain't Got No/I Got Life. It is still, for me, completely off the charts!!!!! It is a great example of "do less - accomplish MORE!" A great artist. I think I mentioned that I saw her brother put on a tribute concert in her memory. He and his band put on a terrific show, and I realy felt his close connection to his sister.
