Youre strategy is quite similar to mine, so I would like to play with you, if you still play this.

@howardron543 Because he is blending in with the NPCs, protecting him from his pursuers.

@suckitfilms You can only stun youre pursuers.

If it is a pursuer, the "B" will appear.

If it's your target or an NPC it will appear the "X".

If it isn't youre pursuer, or youre target and it still is a player, you can't do anything to him, it doesn't even appear a button above his head.
