I just said to myself, "let me see what my friend in New York has been up to" (as your favourites and "likes" have led me to some really nice videos), and then I see that you wrote me, but on your Channel, not mine . So, apologies for not responding until now!!. Hurricane Irene did a lot of damage to trees and although it was a category 3 when it passed over the Bahamas, there was no flooding, and amazingly no lightning. You made me laugh about your Hurricane Husband. Glad you are all safe!! I hope we don't get "Maria" which is the other storm which looks like it is on a path to us. More importantly Mina mou, how are you after hurricane Irene? We in our neighborhood on Long Island were evacuated... Thankfully my best friend took me, my hubby and our kitties to her friend's huge home in the middle of the Island. Praise God by the time Irene got here she was rated as a tropical storm.... I think I had more of a hurricane from my husband for having to evacuate LOL men ti na kanoume me aftous trela sou leio!

After reading what he said about not knowing when or if he will ever release any of those so-called 50 songs he has supposedly written I feel very shocked by what he said.

How can he not know when or if he will ever release them? I feel that is yet another excuse.

Why put all the effort into writing them and not know when or if you are going to release them?

I respect and admire Steve Perry a great deal but I think he owes it to his faithful fans/admirers worldwide to say once and for all either I'm retired or I will be releasing a new cd soon.

Ax dear friend... has a bear ever sat in the woods? ;-) Yes I adore Astoria... of all the places NYC has to offer, Astoria is one of my favorites. I live out on Long Island but it's less than an hour's drive to Astoria. Although my husband is not fond of me going there without the "benefit" of his company ;-)
