@derekbanas no problem, ive just purchased a what ive seen described a cookbook on jquery.. jquery: a visual quick start guide, ive studied javascript, even got a ciw cert on it, but started learning jquery cause i hear its kinda standard, plus if it makes my web development life easier, why not....

i completed the ciw website design course last year and will complete the exams soon.I learn all the time, this will never end, and now html5 has appeared, i aint dine as much designing as i wish, i spend more time learning... any advice please...

When i edit the text (in text.html) its all mismashed.. some letters missing, even though it looks like ive edited correctly?

Having tried your tutorial .. it doesn't work.I dont see an option for using home page as a template.. might aswell use joomla... this wp is whack!
