My first thought hearing this was that the sax sounded fake and synthy...then I realized that there was a real sax player on the album, and that while the rest of the world was trying to make their fake synths sound like the real thing, Kate was, as always, doing the exact opposite.

Funny how they changed the word "fag" for the revival. This show actually held up really well over time and really didn't lose much relevance at all after forty years. And these actresses are incredible. It must've been great to see them live.

@DeXound They are both ethnic libraries, but they have completely different intruments and Silk dips more into Chinese sounds, plus a lot more nice legato. I don't believe Ra has any sampled legato transitions.

@ktriton If the problem occurs with multis, the problem is you'll need to hold down the Sustain pedal for legato playing. Have you seen the newer version coming out? LASS keeps getting better. It'll have custom keyswitches for instrument patches, instrument banks and multis...etc.

@gg2854ok Because it's about cold war politics and came out in the middle of the cold war. That's my point--the music is good enough to prevent the show from becoming irrelevant.
