I record each slice of audio on a separate track, with my Zoom R16 multi-track recorder.
I then record a video of my playing/singing in time with my recording, and jam the two together on Windows Live Movie Maker. I have no decent video editing software, hence why I only ever show myself playing guitar - otherwise I would create some kind of montage of me playing all the other instruments.

I most often use my Taylor 514CE, Fender American Deluxe Strat, Squier Vintage Modified 70s Jazz bass, Yamaha PSR-275 keyboard, Roland TD4-KXS drum kit and Shure SM58 dynamic vocal microphone.

All audio is unedited.
