How is there customer service? Do you have their mid size auto bat or just the long manual? If so how do the others compare? How long does it take to charge?

Just did these...Great!!!! However, I seem to have gotten an actual pump in my posterior delts better than doing bent over raises. Of course I will not stop my b.o lateral raises but this "rotator cuff" set is awesome! I feel better already.

5lbs definitely might be too much to start with for that many reps. I think like the aforementioned 2.5lbs or no weight would be better (for newbies or anyone). You don't want your shoulders to be too exhausted. After your chest workout I would do the same "exercises" with no weight. But hey,...

Not that it matters...But, this song came out in 1999! All those movies were made well after and it was just included, not made for. I saw her at the Roxy in LA when she first performed this...I saw her the next night on the Jay Leno show...What a fun trip...Even though Jay butchered her name :)
