You actually only need to floss once every 24 hours . . . at least that's what my dentist told me! He said that just once a day is good enough, so it doesn't hurt to floss twice, but it's unnecessary.

I eat a peanut butter and honey sandwich with cinnamon sprinkled over the honey almost daily for lunch! "Picking" in order to be done correctly you take tissue and wrap it around your index fingers and squeeze the skin around the zit. Do not squeeze the zit directly! A beautician taught me how to properly do the "picking" :)

@becmayocchi If I were you I would put electric blue shadow on my lid with a bit of a taupe/gold color through my crease! This way you still have the pop of blue, but it will be toned down through the crease color. You could also just put the blue on the lower lash line and do golds on the top li...
