I had a similar experience, i got a huge gross spider bite on the top of my hand, i had to get it cut open and drained just like yours, and i totally passed out, except i hit the ground face first on that hard ass doctor office tile!

Gauge is a unit of measurement. The jewelry for stretched ears are called plugs. Saying "gauge sizes" would be like saying " inch sizes" it doesn't make any sense.
