For as long as I remembered I was always in the company of dogs. I grew up in the state of Arizona as a cattle farm girl with my Daddy and some relatives. We were the only Indians on the block.

Our living quarters were basically the great outdoors. We didn't have a house on the property and we lived in cheap trailers on the land we pretty much owned out own trailer park but instead of drunks and fat people next door all we had was close relatives and family. We were tough cookies and made due with what we had. We were better off then the other Indians living in slums called "Reservations". Our soil was fertile and we made a nice profit selling our crops, selling our cows to butcher shops and selling our healthy puppies to pet owner.

I grew up helping Daddy with his prized dogs. We named almost all of them (mainly the breeding ones).Ghost-Eye was daddy's favorite and he keep the dog until it died of old age instead of trading him for another austie (Daddy did this to every new generation of breeding dogs to keep the animals from in-breeding). Since we couldn't afford dog houses (or none would sell us any for prejudice reasons) The dog houses the dogs slept in were mud-homes (cob-homes) a short distance away from the trailers my family lived in that we made ourselves. It was if the dogs were their own little tribe. The pups learned herding at a very young age and once our neighbors saw our clean healthy puppies herding cattle like they been doing it all their lives, they just HAD to get one.

Education was hard to come by where I lived, especially to my race. So daddy put me to work when I was 5 and I didn't stop working until I was 12. I grew up as a ignorant farm girl with her dogs and her cows. Finally at 13 Daddy put me in school, I was so behind I was in the remediation classes for years. I fell in love with one of my teachers when I was in the 6th grade. She was so kind and sweet, she was like a second mother to me. She knew my love for animals and pushed me to do great in school and helped me any way she could. She then told me about a job where you get paid caring for animals "Could such thing exist?" I thought. And like that when the reward of having such a wonderful job of being a vet, I was then enthused more then ever to do great in school. I caught up (eventually) and by senior year I was making decent grades but not enough to get a academic scholarship..

I did go to school and got my masters as a behaviorist (specifically dogs) and as a clinic. I want to study dog psychology (can't afford it though) but right now I'm going by what they taught me in school and my observations. I've been going by Ceasar's dog training methods because by what I experienced as a child in the wild coyotes that wondered on our property, and by the Austies that ran themselves when we were not there to boss them around I did notice some kind of social peeking order taking place.

PEOPLE I HATE IN THE DO WORLD:

dogsmugglers- people who smuggle their dogs and suffocate them with this overly prissy kind of lifestyle that isn't natural nor fair to them.

Bestialitypracticers- yes it happens. Many come to my vet clinic with their broken and emotionally disturbed dogs because someone made man's best friend to man's girlfriend. It ain't right, no if ands or buts about it, if you purchased a animal just to have sex with it, it's sex-slaving and it's not consensual.
- "The dog don't love you like that! Get over it and get a boyfriend( or a girlfriend)"-

Dogfoodfeeders- people who spend thousands and thousands and THOUSANDS of dollars a year on their sick pet when there is a clear alternative.

-"YOU: but that's not fair I've never heard of it
ME: Then that is your fault for not researching why do dogs have sharp teeth
YOU AGAIN: well that's not fair, I can't afford it!
ME AGAIN: why would you buy a animal you cannot provide the best of living for? IT didn't beg to be with you! You bought it!"-

Dobermanhaters- how can you not like a Doberman? That's like saying you don't like chocolate chip cookies!
