Both Xena and Gabrielle died multiple times in the series.
Xena isn't gone forever. Gabrielle will return to bring her back-
due to some type of visitation (like Marcus visited Xena) or because
a god told her to, or because of some situation that only Xena could
help with.

Lawless was quite good in Xena.. and became a better actress over the six years. (not as good as Renee O'connor though)
the actors in minor roles were good ( joxer,aphrodite) to awful ( just about all the one story villians)
