HEY GUYS !!

I thought I'd add a little bit about myself as a lot of people have been inquiring about my musical background.

U probably heard all the stories and are sick of the musical dream followers but fortunately , music is a beautiful reality so here's mine...

I was 3 when I started singing, supported mostly by my dad who had his share of public appearances under his belt back in Lebanon where I was born.

My family and I came to Canada when I was 9 and this was where I discovered that I could actually carry a tune just as well as most singers I heard on the radio so I decided to participate in my school's talent show at age 14.

A couple of years later, I met a wonderful producer at a local show, and he helped me write my first song.

I've been writing and performing eversince but last year I sorta got a big break when I auditionned for Superstar - the equivalent of American Idol but for Middle eastern countries. It was my first attempt to sing arabic. Imagine my surprise when I made it to the top 10 girls out of 50 000 participants!

This allowed me to perform in front of an international audience (The videos of my journey are in my favorites)
Among other projects, earlier this year a french Hip Hop album was released in Quebec, on which I co-wrote and sang 3 songs. One of them is the video MON ETOILE BRILLE uploaded on my page.

I like to sing everything and anything, and I hate it when people compare me to the original singer when am doing a cover!

and this is what allows so many artists to break out of the underground musical world and develop their own fan base, a thing I am working on accomplishing very soon.
