This is the official You Tube channel for the Ministry of Justice, one of the largest central government departments whose purpose is to create a safe, just and democratic society.

Our work is wide ranging: each year we provide services directly to around nine million people across the United Kingdom through courts, tribunals, prison and probation services, and community justice centres.

We have important policy responsibilities for constitutional, human rights and legal reforms, which underpin our entire justice system.
